Accelerator Program

The Accelerator Program is a training course for human resources professionals, hiring managers, and other leaders at small and midsize businesses that want to improve their ability to attract, hire, retain, and promote workers with the skills and expertise they need by implementing skills-based talent management practices. Developed by the Rework America Alliance and McKinsey and Company, the Accelerator Program is delivered by a national network of facilitators who guide participants through the entire process of implementing new talent management practices. The facilitators offer instruction, advice, one-on-one personalized coaching (including technical assistance and consulting services), access to tools and resources, and connections to other organizations that can help employers that are new to skills-based practices.
