JAMS Commitment to Pro Bono Work

The mission of JAMS is to provide the highest quality dispute resolution services to our clients and to our local, national and global communities. Our commitment and dedication is also reflected in our extensive Pro Bono work. Hundreds of hours are contributed every year by our panel of distinguished neutrals in alternative dispute resolution sessions. JAMS understands the importance of providing aid to those in need and supports various pro bono efforts and programs. JAMS is invested in doing good – especially for the public good.

JAMS Commitment to Giving Back to the Community

JAMS Society was created in 2001 to recognize and support volunteer opportunities and community involvement for JAMS associates at a local, “hands-on” level. All associates are encouraged to become members of their local society to collaborate on outreach programs or work individually on a project they choose. JAMS Society members participate in a diverse array of volunteer activities around the country, ranging from cleaning up the environment to improving the lives of children and seniors.

Whether through charity, leadership, or camaraderie, the collective groups that comprise JAMS Society represent the very core of our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Living Out Our Core Value – “We Have a Heart!” We embrace the importance of giving back and the positive changes we can make when we unify our practices! Here are just a few ways JAMS associates recently gave back to our communities:

JAMS Commitment to Sustainability

At JAMS, we recognize the importance of a conscious work environment. We are committed to improving our sustainable management operations through our green initiatives, led by our JAMS Green Team Captains represented at each Resolution Center and our Virtual ADR teams. With the cooperation of all who use JAMS facilities or virtual offerings to take part in our green initiatives, such as reusable water bottles, eco-friendly single-use items, recycling, and responsible e-waste disposal, to name a few, we believe JAMS can help preserve and protect the environment.
