Job Purpose
Exchange Data International (EDI) is now seeking to recruit five Translators/Research analysts as part of its growth development plan. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside the company's translation team in EDI's office in Morocco (Agadir). Working alongside the translation team, you will work on different translation projects. You will also be responsible for other tasks, such as data extraction and obtaining specific information and data from different sources worldwide, in the context of the projects assigned to the translation team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Working on translation projects (translation and proofreading)
- Obtaining any required information from different entities through emails and phone calls
- Extracting data and processing data files to be uploaded to the company’s website as part of the data products provided to the clients
- Additional tasks are appropriate to the translator/research analyst role

The applicant should have significant knowledge in the field of finance and should be able to provide accurate translations in one or more of the language combinations listed above. Job Purpose
EDI is hiring a Junior Business Development Manager to work in the London based data sales team, to increase sales revenue for its products and services.
The role will cover global geographical regions excluding North and South American for prospects and clients, targeting both vendors, brokers software houses, fintech, hedge funds, buy and sell side firms. You will be responsible for researching companies and contacts, the direct sales of reference, corporate actions and pricing data solutions within middle- and back-office departments, and more particularly, service providers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Working closely with business development managers and the Head of Sales in supporting and generating sales opportunities
- Identifying prospects through LinkedIn, attending events and research
- Contact a list of clients to review account, determine satisfaction levels, and if necessary discuss and negotiate service level changes and fee increases for the coming year.
- Administer client contract renewals and billing information
- Ensure client licences and fees are in line with their current usage
- Determine areas where clients may add services and calculate any fee increases
- Escalation contact for client complaints
- Proactively call clients quarterly to review new enhancements and ensure client satisfaction
- Direct any data related questions to the support team
- Carry out any administrative tasks
- Document all activity in the CMS system
- Liaise with IT / Sales Support on sample files / bespoke files to meet the sales objective.
- Develop a good understanding of the company products and be able to demonstrate the products on the EDI Website.

Job Purpose
This is a hybrid role between first and second line within the Infrastructure Team
and is responsible for supporting and maintaining EDI’s IT systems with basic
networking skills as well as providing efficient support to all business users. Working as part of the team, this position is responsible for 3 activities:
1) resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently in line with SLAs, which includes a broad range of queries;
2) Using first level networking skills, assist in the support of servers, switches, firewalls;
3) Support Active Directory (AD) on premise and Azure.
Key Performance Indicators
• Provide effective IT support services across all of EDI both onsite and
remotely.
• Ensure that all incidents are closed within service level agreement times.
• Ensure that all installations are completed in a timely and professional
fashion.
• Maintaining computers, servers, and networks.
• Meet deadlines as specified for each task.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure operational and
service excellence is delivered and maintained.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess at least two years’ experience in
network administration or equivalent.
Your key role will be to provide end-user, support as well as maintaining computers,

best practices and technical advances or techniques on a continuing basis.
