Lenovo launches its 2023 generation devices to Malaysian market

• Unique in the lineup is the dual-display Lenovo Yoga Book 9i
• Price of the devices launched ranged from US$363 to US$2,032

Lenovo recently introduced its latest 2023 generation devices to the Malaysian market. The lineup includes the Yoga Book 9i, LOQ, Legion Pro 5i, Tab P11 (2nd Gen) and IdeaPad Duet 5i.
  
Lenovo Yoga Book 9i 

Imagine two 13-inch tablets connected with a hinge. That is what the eighth generation Yoga Book 9i looks like, the world's first full-sized OLED dual-screen laptop. It has a starting weight of 1.34kg and 15.95mm and was first announced at CES 2023.

The Yoga Book 9i comes in Tidal Teal and with these features:

• Multimode+ — it can be used on a laptop, tablet, display (horizontally on a stand and keyboard), book (horizontally in hand), scroll (vertically), and tent modes. 
• 360-degree sound-bar hinge.
• Accessories — Comes with a foldable Folio Stand, Bluetooth Keyboard and Digital Pen 3.

• The Lenovo PureSight OLED displays support 100% DCI-P3 colour accuracy.

 The Yoga Book 9i is Carbon Neutral Certified. The device's top cover is made of 100% recycled aluminium, while the packaging is plastic-free, containing 100% recycled paper.
 
LOQ

An affordable alternative to Lenovo's premium Legion-branded gaming lineup, the new Lenovo LOQ line comes in four options: the 16-inch Lenovo LOQ 16IRH8 (Intel-based) and Lenovo LOQ 16APH8 (AMD-based) or the 15-inch Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 (Intel-based) and Lenovo LOQ 15APH8 (AMD-based). 

The Lenovo LOQ gaming laptop has discrete DLSS-enabled NVIDIA GPUs and displays supporting NVIDIA G-SYNC. It features a MUX switch that bypasses the integrated GPU via NVIDIA Advanced Optimus.

The 16-inch Lenovo LOQ gaming laptops have up to an 80Wh battery for up to 7 hours, while the 15-inch Lenovo LOQ laptops have a 60Wh battery for up to 6 hours. All Lenovo LOQ laptops support Super Rapid Charge for faster charging.
 
Legion Pro 5i

Designed for work and play, the 16-inch Lenovo Legion Pro 5i is available with a 13th Gen Intel Core and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. It's kept cool by Lenovo Legion's ColdFront 5.0 and is optimised using the Lenovo LA AI chip.  

The display is a 16-inch Lenovo PureSight Gaming Display at 16:10 WQXGA with up to 240Hz variable refresh rate. The keyboard is a Lenovo Legion Spectrum 4-zone RGB TrueStrike keyboard. It is also available in white backlighting. 

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i has a Super Rapid Charge Pro 80Whr, a metal top cover and a polymer bottom cover. It is available in Onyx Grey or Abyss Blue.
 
Tab P11 (2nd Gen)

The Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen) runs Android 12L. It has four speakers with Dolby Atmos and an 11.5-inch LCD with up to 120Hz refresh rate. It also features the MediaTek G99 octa-core processor, up to 6GB RAM and Wi-Fi 5 enabled.

The tablet has a keyboard pack, Lenovo Precision Pen 2 (2023), and Lenovo Folio Case with a built-in kickstand and pen holder.
 
Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen) will receive at least two major Android OS upgrades, up to Android 14, and three years of security updates from launch.
 
IdeaPad Duet 5i

The IdeaPad Duet 5i is Lenovo's latest 12-inch consumer detachable Windows 11 laptop with Bluetooth keyboard. It is compatible with the Active Pen 3 (not included).
 
The IdeaPad Duet 5i measures 9.45mm and has a 12-inch 2.5K IPS touchscreen display 16:10 with 96% DCI-P3 colour gamut and 450 nits brightness. It supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
 
Inside is a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor with Wi-Fi 6 compatibility. For ports, it has two Type-C ports and supports Lenovo Smart Login with a 5M infrared (IR) camera and  Rapid Charge Express.
