Dr. Pimple Popper Sandra Lee is back to her pimple popping ways, working on a poor man named Ken's cysts in this week's episode.
Ken came to Dr. Lee because he was in pain, so she was really careful when she was "operating" on them. "I want to make sure that he's comfortable, but I want to make sure I get off all the ones that are painful for him," she said.
As she started going to town, Ken's wife seemed really into the popping process, and literally said, "I really am enjoying this, every little piece that comes out," which is... okay.
Ken had a "threesome" of cysts, and when Dr. Lee popped them, she and Ken's wife described what came out as looking like a rubber band, or what comes out of a soft serve ice cream machine. That is upsettingly specific.
A few other upsetting bits from this clip: Dr. Lee said "You've got all colors of the rainbow," as she removed the bumps, and she described it as smelling like old toe jam because it was infected.
