KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

The AWE Team can’t wait to greet you in California in June. Below are some important “Know Before You Go” details designed to help you have the best experience imaginable.

Where and When is AWE USA 2024 Taking Place?

Event Website: AWE USA 2024
Event Dates: June 18-20, 2024
Event Venue Location: Long Beach Convention Center - 300 East Ocean Boulevard Long Beach, CA 90802

How do I get my badge?

All registrants must check in at the registration area (LBCC Main Entrance/Promenade Lobby) upon entering the event. At registration, you will check in with the QR code in your confirmation email or the QR code in your ‘Know Before You Go’ email. You can print either of these emails or just scan directly from your mobile device (scanning from your device is recommended). If you do not have these QR codes handy, no worries! We can check you in by name.

After you check in, your badge prints out then and there.

You must wear your badge at all times while at AWE USA 2024 (unless you are a speaker presenting on stage).

When is check-in/registration open?
