Wellbeing Week at Sky marks Mental Health Awareness Week; designed to encourage conversations about mental health. And this year, we're marking the occasion with a variety of events covering the theme of 'movement'.   From taking breaks from screen time, understanding how culture can impact mental health, and finding moments for movement in our daily routines - which was the topic of the 'Harnessing Movement for Mental Health' panel event, broadcast to colleagues in person, and across the UK & Ireland.   We were welcomed with opening words from Chief Financial Officer for Sky UK & Ireland, and Group Chief Data Officer, Karl Holmes, and introduced to the session by Sky Sports Presenter Adam Smith. Joining the panel were former England Rugby player Heather Fisher, and Coach and former GB Olympian Jack Green - who shared personal stories of persevering through adversity, and the importance of being active.   #LifeAtSky
