Dos días muy interesantes en el #IABDay2024 aprendiendo sobre los retos y oportunidades que existen para la industria digital en Colombia, especialmente en temas de #Personalización y #RetailMedia. Miriane de Castro Schmidt nos dejó algunos mensajes claves para tener en cuenta: 1- La #Personalización la define el cliente, no la marca/anunciante. 2- Debemos seguir trabajando en la #TransformaciónDigital, la relación del cliente con las compañías es más #Omnicanal que nunca. 3- La #Personalización no siempre necesita un descuento para funcionar, tiene que ser relevante y estar en el momento adecuado del viaje del cliente. 4- La #CienciaDeDatosPredictiva bien aplicada nos abre muchas oportunidades en el #RetailMedia, donde la #Personalización es clave para ser relevantes. 5- Hay que seguir trabajando en la #Simplicidad, no complicarle la vida al cliente y facilitar su experiencia.
