COS stands for equality and empowerment. Together with production partners across our supply chain, we focus on ensuring workers are safe, healthy and empowered in their everyday workplace.    We are proud of the positive impact we have made both within and outside of our factory walls through our Gender Equality in the Supply Chain strategy. We continue to scale our work to create a fair, safe and representative supply chain, but we are also driven by the improvements still to be made - to truly realise the future we want to see.   Read more about our latest progress and future actions in our 2023/24 report: [https://lnkd.in/eUv8TpjV]

COS is built on a foundation of quality and longevity, with circularity at the core.   From award-winning textile innovation through regenerative farming methods and the scaling of restoration and reselling programmes, to empowering women in the communities close to our supply chain – we are always exploring more sustainable solutions for our product, people and planet.   Read more about our progress here: https://lnkd.in/dCka3EiC

COS presents Spring Summer 2024 in the archetypal setting of Corsie Sistine, an exceptional example of Italian historic architectural and art heritage. The collection embraces duality: notions of craft meet modernist codes, while lightness and transparency are offset with sculptural silhouettes; a reconsideration of clothes that endure. Last night COS was revealed as the winner for Sustainable Textile Innovation at the Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards 2024.   We are so pleased to be recognised for scaling the use of regenerative agriculture to improve soil health, and create a positive impact on biodiversity, animal welfare and social conditions. Opting for these farming techniques means we can produce a more reliable supply of fibres and provide our customers with a more responsibly cultivated material offering.   Thank you to Drapers for the award and well done to everyone at COS involved in our commitment to more sustainable material innovation.   Read more about all the winners here: https://lnkd.in/ebHYTYGa

“I can see a future where businesses won’t be able to operate without incorporating circularity into their practices.”   Last week our Sustainability Business Expert, Parisa Golshekan, spoke at TheIndustry.fashion & TheIndustry.beauty Live: Fashion’s New Circular Opportunity, on the importance of integrating circularity and longevity into your business model.   Whether it’s through our collections, store concept or circular solutions, COS is committed to designing with longevity in mind. But we also think beyond the finished product, enabling our customers to keep products in use for as long as possible.   Thank you to The Industry and our renewal partner Bleckmann for inviting COS to join the conversation.

On this 8th of March, we acknowledge International Women’s Day. At H&M Group, we work continuously to enable equal opportunities for all and create an environment where everyone can be and express themselves. We have a great responsibility to advance gender equality by leveraging our size and scale, and we actively seek to empower women through our business. At our company, female colleagues make up for 75% of management positions and 75% of all employees. Today, we introduce you to five of them. Meet Anna Rydell, Grace Wong, Katrine Dahl Ranum, Vanesa Carazo Cases and Vera Lim, as they share how they inspire inclusion in their teams. #HMGroup #weareHMGroup #internationalwomensday #IWD #IWD2024 #genderequality #DEI #inspireinclusion
