It enriches and strengthens teams and organizations. ❓ How diverse is #TeamBilfinger? 👉 Diversity defines us – we are an international company with colleagues from 112 nations. However, there are still topics we need to work on. For example, we have set ambitious targets for gender diversity in leadership poritions for the next three years. ❓ Why is diversity good, and why is it important? 👉 Businesses with a diverse workforce are more successful. Numerous studies confirm this, and it is also my personal experience. Admittedly, it’s not always easy when a colleague is not just like me. But if I allow different skills and capabilities within the team to complement each other, it becomes excellent.
