In the top right corner of tab bar, a message of Finish Setup. In the pop up window all area's are check off green. I don't know what it wants and to locate page to Finish Setup

Dear Firefox Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding what appears to be a duplicate or disconnected Firefox Sync account.

I’ve been using Firefox Sync with the email address [email protected] on two different devices:

   On my work computer, I had access to over 143 saved passwords

   On my personal computer, I could only see 33 saved passwords

However, I was still able to log in to websites automatically on my personal computer, even though I couldn’t view the saved passwords in the password manager. This made me suspect that the data might be stored locally or that the devices were syncing separately.

A few days ago, I deleted all saved passwords from my work computer (after backing them up to a spreadsheet) and then logged out of the Firefox account on that device. Later, when I checked Firefox on my personal computer, the 33 passwords were still there and unchanged, which confirmed my suspicion that I might be using two Firefox accounts that look identical but are not actually connected.

I also noticed that I can no longer log back into the version of the account I was using at work — the system rejects the password I currently use on my personal device, despite both using the same email address.

Could you please verify whether there are two separate Firefox accounts linked to this email address or help me recover access to the original Sync data?

I'm experiencing a consistent issue when typing Vietnamese using the built-in Windows Vietnamese keyboard (IME) in Firefox. Steps to reproduce:

   Type a Vietnamese word

   Press space after the word

   Immediately press backspace to delete the space

   Then type a punctuation mark, such as ,, ., (, ), ;, etc

   The entire word just typed is deleted immediately after pressing the punctuation key.

Notes:

   This issue does not happen in other browsers like Chrome or Edge.

   It only occurs when using the Windows built-in Vietnamese IME (not 3rd-party input tools like EVKey or Unikey).

   The bug seems related to how Firefox handles IME input, especially when mixing backspace and punctuation.

   It is very disruptive when typing Vietnamese naturally, especially in form fields, textareas, or comments.

Please look into this issue or let me know if there’s a workaround. It's been a consistent obstacle when typing Vietnamese and I don't want to use another tool just to type Vietnamese in Firefox, thank you.

On the website https://tiefbasskommando.de, a custom animated mouse cursor is supposed to appear when hovering over the page. This works correctly in browsers like Chrome and Edge, but in Firefox, the custom cursor does not appear at all and not even the default cursor.

I mean when choosing: "Set image as desktop background" and a window opens, in that window a combo box should be between choosing "Desktop Wallpaper" and "Lock Screen wallpaper", and if there are multiple displays another combox box for what display or for all.

I’ve been facing an issue while trying to access my website, pakistansolarpanelprices.pk, on my desktop using Firefox. The browser fails to load the site, showing a blank page or an error like “Server not found” or “Unable to connect.” I attempted to open pakistansolarpanelprices.pk with Firefox’s help, but it didn’t work. Other browsers like Chrome or Edge can load the website fine, so it seems to be a Firefox-specific problem. I’ve tried basic steps like refreshing the page and restarting the browser, but the issue persists. The website was working previously, and I haven’t made any recent changes to my system or browser settings that I’m aware of. Looking for solutions to fix this and get Firefox to load my website properly again. Any suggestions?
