• as our name implies, this is a network for gifmakers who use photoshop. if you want to learn how to use it but haven’t started yet, we can help you with that.
• we reblog all content made by our members unless they are white-washed/yellow-washed (or feature any white-washed/yellowface/brownface characters).
• all of our network event entries should be gifsets (as this is a gifmaker network) unless otherwise stated.
  
• there is zero tolerance for bigotry (racism, sexism, homophobia, slurs, islamophobia, antisemitism, zionism, etc).
• we reserve the right to kick/ban any member from the server.
• we will not allow people who support problematic ships (age differences, power dynamics, etc.) to avoid making other members uncomfortable.
• if you are issued a warning + given a timeout, kicked, or banned, you will receive a message from carl-bot explaining why.
