Doesn't always work, but when it works is pretty good. Once you login you should see your points, which used to be hard but got a bit easier. It also randomly chooses what location to send my order to, without asking me or checking my location. This is the worst thing of all because it's impossible to cancel an order even if it hasn't already started. Also you should be able to add certain toppings eg onions, tomatoes, sauce, to any item but you can't. Only what they decide.

When it works, it's pretty great. The issue is that the app does not make you update before starting the order. Then, after updating, it still will not allow you to complete the order. I attempt to check out, and it gives me error messages. "Breakfast options not available" at 8 am. Took the breakfast items off and then "unable to complete order." It's a crapshow of an app.

The app is one giant ad and they still find it necessary to put in splash pages that take up the whole screen. Having a huge nacho fries picture pop up without an "x" on it to trick old people too. I hate modern marketing so much. I also know for a fact that the app and the in store system don't communicate accurately which has led to confusion at check out many times.
