Bought Domain Name Transferred Existing Website, Fantastic Service and Support!

Wanted to buy a domain name for existing Website on GoDaddy. Irfan talked me through my options and helped me select the best and cost effective solution. Straight after purchase he proceeded to help by directing the transfer and also helped a great deal in setting up the email and any other settings that were necessary to ensure a smooth transition. He also helped in answering my many queries about the options in the products and how to set them up correctly. Extremely Competent, Knowledgeable and Professional. He resolved ALL matters perfectly. 101/100!

Best Customer Service ever

I started working on renewing an expired domain at 7:00 a.m. CST after several hours, I was connected with Jerry at GoDaddy. She was the very best customer support person I have ever worked with and her Admin team assisting her was superb. I could not be happier or praise them enough!

Absolutely the worst services i have…

Absolutely the worst services i have EVER received, over charge, mis sell products, refunds still waiting, spend hours on the phone just to listen to how GoDaddy can help other companies go above and beyond expectations

I swear to you I am a kind mild tempered genuine man..... please take my advice and avoid this multi nation scam organisation like the plague! they will rip you off.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I needed a confirmation as to the products I was to renew. I didn't have to wait to be attended to. The process of talking with a representative was so fast and the young man was so patient in answering my questions about the renewal. In addition, he walked me through how to add a new payment method.

Mani was very patient and skilled. She showed Perseverance and determination to resolve the issue. Was polite and courteous for the duration of a very long call, and kept calm and lovely when dealing with my frustration.

I have many phenomenal 5star credits to Go Daddy Web Builder & OMG!!! The Marketing Premium Plan.
All stories are True lol..Go Daddy is not paying Paul Braswell Founder Art Chit Chat & Chew for my comments. When tell you for me the Go Daddy reps are specular for the past days. I have absolutely no background in Web Building or Marketing. I began at 20% to 67% ranking
Engaging with the person reps increased my rankings to 91%. I could not have done it without the Go Daddy Support Team. Today I spoke with Rep Anthony. I plan to tag & speak about my experiences on Art chit chat & Chew Social Media Platforms

Happy Customer

Every time I contact with GoDaddy's Help Desk, I am offered very best customer services. Their fee structure is somewhat different from other companies but it looks to me their prices are very reasonable. I will continue using GoDaddy's products for our business.

Amazing People, Amazing Service

I really appreciate Godaddy for their services and their commitments. I purchased a server but for some reason i asked for revert the money, they have resolved in a 5 minutes. I recieved an email and after 2 days i have recieved complete amout in my bank account. Its really professional. Today i am purchasing my all domains from godaddy from last 15 years. I will always would love to be a part of Godaddy, Proudly. :)

Needed to transfer our website to a new host

Our current web master retired and we had to transfer our website to another host. This was all new and foreign to us. I quickly became overwhelmed and frustrated! My first call to GoDaddy was disappointing, however, I called back today and reached an absolutely wonderful customer service rep (Fernando), who answered all of my questions and walked me through all of the information I was seeking. Thanks to him, I will be able to sleep tonight without worrying about our website. THANK YOU!!
