User friendly GUI. Nice way of handling incoming enquiries always a contact number (even if they sometimes done work because they are false). Could do with a Pending tab for contacts in progress that you want out of the inbox but are not ready to Archive or put on the Shortlist. Exceptionally good platform.

We have been very happy as tenants with the service we have had from Oxygen over nearly five years. In particular, Leanne has been just great. Friendly and professional service is her hallmark. When anything needed fixing, it was attended to promptly. We hear about poor property managers from time to time, but the opposite has been our experience with Leanne and Oxygen. Well done.

If you're selling your property privately, "Realestateme" is the company you should list your property on!. Cheaper than trademe- and they will list your property on TM as well as all other NZ real-estate platforms. You also have full control of your listing and contact with enquiries. I did all the hard work renovating our home, therefore I didn't want to pay a real estate agent 20k to walk people through our home... The process selling privately was very easy! Just get your property listed with realestateme. We have no regrets. Thanks so much Carla! x
