More than 2 in 5 LGBTQI+ workers have faced discrimination at work, according to research conducted recently by Randstad. In his latest Forbes column, Randstad CEO Sander van 't Noordende shares key insights from the company's Workmonitor Pulse survey for #PrideMonth, highlighting how employees in the community are still facing barriers to meaningful inclusion in the workplace.
