As the year began, I got an amazing opportunity thanks to She Code Africa . They sponsored me for a IT Support course on Coursera, supported by Google. The course helped me learn the basics of technical support. I would like to thank She Code Africa for supporting women in tech, and Coursera and Google for making this happen. This experience has really boosted my skills and opened up new opportunities for me in the tech world. #SheCodeAfrica #Coursera #Google

Day 1 I am still on my networking basics on Netacad.com with She Code Africa Data is transformed into bits which are converted into signals to be sent across media to its destination There are 3 common methods of signal transmission 1) Electrical signals where transmission is achieved by representing data as electrical pulses on copper wire 2) Optical signals where transmission is achieved by converting electrical signals into light pulses 3) Wireless signals where transmission is achieved by using infrared (IR), microwaves or radiowaves through the air Chinecherem Dimelu She Code Africa #scaanambra #scadeepdive #scahandson

Hey You! Make a commitment today. ✊ Did you know that only 1 in 10 girls in Africa have the opportunity to pursue careers in STEM? Shocking right? Every day, we encounter young girls with aspirations and dreams of having careers in tech, healthcare, engineering, and lots more. However, due to a lack of resources, lack of exposure, and access to opportunities they need, their dreams remain out of reach. We are advocating for change in the future of STEM, one where African women and girls are included and empowered to make significant contributions to STEM and society. Would you like to make a difference too? Visit https://lnkd.in/daihA8MX to pledge your support and take a step forward in making a difference in the lives of our future STEM leaders today. ✊✊ #SheCodeAfrica #SCAStemAGirl #ISupportSCAStemAGirl #EmpoweringGirls
