Cornish Wikipedia is a small Wikipedia (4,000+ articles) with few but growing users (hence the rather small number of comments in discussion even after 12 days). We currently have two administrators but both are largely inactive and there is a definite need for an active admin. This is especially important as I have been working on recruiting Cornish speakers to contribute, the vast majority of whom are new to Wikipedia and with a low level of computer literacy. We will need someone with the ability to delete pages to cope with new user error. I believe I am a good candidate as I am one of Cornish Wikis most active users, I have a high level of the language and I run the yearly Kernewiki edit-a-thon. When one views his service as an administrator on many more projects, I think it is very fair to make an exception for him to grant him these rights for an indefinite term. There is no risk at all for De Wikischim (4 votes in favour with a total of 4 votes - and again re-elected). He is an acclaimed user and administrator yet for a long time and on many projects.
