Trusted, active user with a vast technical knowledge (interface-admin on plwiki and pl.wikinews, mediawikiwiki admin). So, despite the small number of voters (project is basically dead), please grant these rights permamently, or for at least a couple of years. Granting these rights for just a couple of months is utterly pointless, because you may not even use them once. Dear Ruslik there is consensus to keep this permissions for 3 out of 11 sysops. Those 3, including myself are one with technical skills needed to work with JavaScript and CSS. Absolutely everyone involved in discussion approved candidacy of Emptyfear and ԱշոտՏՆՂ, and with my candidacy there was one wikipedian who opposed because of my low activity. So there is absolute consensus for the first 2 request from hy@wp and absolute majority approval for my candidacy.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but there was no prior requirements to urgently develop new policies and have new voting for existing sysops for this role so your requirement comes as a surprise. Trying to meet your requirement would take about 2 moths for us (week or two to draft it,at least a month for discussion, and voting would take 2 more weeks). Currently Armenian Wikipedia is left without anyone onboard, able to modify it's JS/CSS. If we try to fullfill your wish for separate voting we won't have it for another 2 months. At same time there's consensus which outweights voting anyway.
If you still have doubts about this I would suggest to make checks through trusted members of Armenian projects and/or I would give temporar permissions till the end of the year, so we can develop new policies and have a voting, without the rush this situation creates. --Xelgen (talk) 18:52, 5 September 2018 (UTC)

Take Notice - As you see in the above example, the fact that I am unable to edit the MediaWici:Vector.css template on our very own cywiki, on which I'm an Admin and Beurocrats, means that this error continues to appear on around 20,000 Wikipedia articles!!! I've given an example above. Please authorise immediately! I shall raise this issue elsewhere, as Admins / Beurocrats from xx-wiki should be able to edit ALL pages on that wiki. @Llywelyn2000: Note that I removed the rights bot, account creator and confirmed user. While you might be able to add all rights, it doesn't mean you are allowed to do so in all cases. You should not give bot access to a regular account, and account creator/confirmed user is redundant with your admin rights. Please be a bit more careful, thank you. Hi @Ruslik0:, I guess, that was due to some unintentional mistake from the part of the stewards, I also completely forgot from my side that I was granted temporary adminship, as I was not removed after 6 months. But the point is, community didn't object at all before and still is not objecting against continuing my adminship and granting the interface editor rights to me, that denotes they trust me. I would also like to let you know, that I am not hungry of these rights, as you can find in the archives, that I have resigned my admin rights from Bengali Wikipedia from my own. The interface-admin right is extremely necessary for small wiki projects like Bengali Wikisource, as all our maintenance works and feature enhancements have been stopped for last few weeks after the js/css editing rights have been stripped from the admins.
