First of all, you don't have rights to argue, Vadgt. You are not an active member of Armenian Wikipedia for a very long period. You are not interested in Armenian Wikipedia. Moreover, you with 6AND5 always wish to make chaos in Armenian Wikipedia. Please answer to your provocation "հայոց պատիվը գետինը տվող անձնավորություններ են" (it means: this users revile armenian honor (meant to 6AND5 and me))[1], Just for this need to block in Armenian Wikiquote. And to Hayk.arabaget this defamation "his main work is in Russian Wikipedia (he was blocked there 10 times during 2 years)"[2]. By the way, 6AND5 offers a solution for the conflict on Armenian Wikipedia. Today Arman musikyan my account permanently blocked. He did it on June 22. Sorry, dear Meta admins, but 6AND5 & Vadgth not interested with Armenian Wikipedia. They always discuss with each other, for creating non-stability and chaos on Armenian Wikiprojects. They want be an admin in Armenian Wikipedia, and who deny their proposal, they started to revenge & insult this persons on Meta, Russian Wikipedia, etc. 6AND5 & Vadgth should be block from Meta. I know, this is difficult, but you can analyze who is who by looking on users insertions of Wiki project. This two users now stopped fast development of Armenian Wikipedia. Armenian Wikipedia need additional admins, and Pandukht could be the one of best admins. Pandukht the one of first editors in Armenian Wikipedia & he edit Armenian Wikipedia with another editor alone about 1 year. This user interested of Armenian Wikipedia & the all active editors of Armenian Wikipedia want to see him as a Admin. Now we have only 8 admins, and 3 of us on vacation. In general, non-global sanctions on one project are not relevant to another project unless the project in question chooses to allow those issues to be relevant. As far as I understood, from my reading of dates, it was opened on the 22nd. If it would need to remain open for a week (7 days), it should be open until the 29th, which is 4 days from today. I believe a week is a reasonable period of time, anything under that being too hasty. Please clear things up, and have it filed when the request is formally closed. Savhñ 11:40, 25 June 2015 (UTC)

@Vituzzu: If they are running under AAR, it needs to be running under the AAR process as explained, and that has not been done for these wikis. It is not putting a message on their talk pages on 27/7 and a message here asking for their removal on the same day for AAR. If they no longer have an inactivity policy, then this account should have its admin status removed next year for AAR 2016. I think that if the account is notified now then the flag could be removed in a month assuming no response since this one did get missed and would have otherwise been part of the AAR.
