I request permanent administratorship. I was administrator for 6 years over the pre-wmf version of this wiki, and my current temporary administratorship ends on March 24. I am also permanent admin on en:WV. I am by far the most active administrator and user on pt:, have always used the shiny buttons responsibly, and it's fairly obvious that I won't be abandoning the project or turning renegade. Thanks. Yes.--Vadgt (talk) 17:45, 18 March 2013 (UTC)
There are only 3 opposing votes on that page. That's the opposite of a consensus for giving you adminship. --MF-W 18:02, 18 March 2013 (UTC)
Now I have the right to admin? --Vadgt (talk) 18:05, 18 March 2013 (UTC)
No, you can only become an admin if other users support you. You got 3 oppose votes so far, as visible here. But requests for adminship normally last at least 1 week. So, since your request was created on 14 March, it can still be kept open until 21 March, maybe you'll still get supports. --MF-W 18:25, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

Bureaucrat access

Дагиров Умар@ce.wikipedia.org

(I request to a flag of Bureaucrat. Here is the voting page. ce:Википедийа:Requests for bureaucratship Not all of users are active in Chechen Wikipedia, and if you'll deside to not giving me Bureaucrat access, I requesting the Administrator flag to deleting vandalism and spam. Also, I would like to draw your attention to curent situation with Bureaucrats in Chechen Wikipedia. None of them are active now and also I do not understand how many of them even became Bureaucrats: http://ce.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%91%D0%B5%D0%BB%D1%85%D0%B0%D0%BD:%D0%A1%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BE%D0%BA_%D1%83%D1%87%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2&group=bureaucrat Nohcho - not active since 11 May, 2010 (also have Bot flag!) Girdi - not active since 28 November, 2010 Kade - not active since 12 February, 2011 Mega programmer - not active since 13 June, 2012 (3 edits since June 2011)

What should we do to removing Bureaucrat flags from those users? And can you remove flags without community decision?) Дагиров Умар (talk) 13:43, 26 February 2013 (UTC)

Comment Comment A discussion in the community that addresses the removal of bureaucrats, AND notifying the relevant people of the discussion. I would expect that such a discussion should be open for a month to get sufficient airing. — billinghurst sDrewth 15:02, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
Comment Comment addendum. I have removed the bot flag for the bureaucrat. That would seem to be inappropriate as a permanent addition for a crat.
Сейчас для меня главное - приступить к работе, в чевики очень много мусора накопилось, я надеюсь, стюарды не заставят долго ждать с подведением итога. С/ У -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 19:32, 26 February 2013 (UTC)

I am significantly concerned about this request, as there were complaints lodged at the English Wikipedia about users there being canvassed to support this request. Please see [8]. --Rschen7754 22:12, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
On Chechen wikipedia and there are no such rules, you worry for nothing I do not have bad ends I want to improve Wikipedia invite new members if you can leave the project against. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 06:25, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
I agree with Umar! Rschen7754 - what do you want - to сomply the strange rules in the project without active admins, with admins with 9 edits in 2008 year or just going away in your own project and do not bother to users who really want to help the project? What are you talking about? What are you done for the Chechen Wikipedia to have a right to stopping of its development? Uh? Umar wrote to me also and what? Without that I would not even know about voting. Enough!--Soul Train (talk) 06:40, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Canvassing causes an unfair election, and the stewards have the right to deny this request because of that. --Rschen7754 06:51, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Stewards have right to not stop the development of Chechen Wikipedia and I think this is the main thing, not "Canvassing" as your opinion. Opinion of the user of Largest Developed section of Wikipedia, not user of section where when you just write "Russian Federation", you take the threatening letter from admin Sasan700. You know nothing about Chechen Wikipedia, how can you morally write here bad things about Umar who wants to resurrect Chechen Wikipedia from ruins. Disrespect to you.--Soul Train (talk) 08:10, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Last year, I also applied for half of the year continued the vote and not a single no vote for and not against the tip page has been deleted. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 07:00, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
(non-steward opinion) ce:Special:Statistics tells me that you have 68 active users; that is not enough for local bureaucrats, in my opinion. Meanwhile, the stewards are available to do bureaucrat tasks on wikis without bureaucrats. I realize that you do not have active administrators, but that can be solved through what is known as temporary adminship. --Rschen7754 07:12, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
The project allready have 5 bureaucrats. As I think, all 5 are mitpuppets of one user who is inactive now. And of course it is another issue. And number of active users is not the main indicator for bureaucrats - the main thing is the number of administrators on 1 bureaucrat. And as Umar said, there is a desire to remove the flags from the inactive bureaucrats, to avoid skew.--Soul Train (talk) 07:40, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Your opinion is clear you want to close this request? Find an active participant in the project and I'll leave. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 07:17, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Skilled and experienced an ethnic Chechen, locate, and I ask all. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 07:29, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
The bureaucrats are in the article on Chechnya president write that he was born illegitimate and his parents are dirty pigs and that he is traitor of Chechen people, is this normal? See what our people have done for this Kadyrov Do you like to continue the campaign and that the city was once so. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 08:11, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Are you worried about my posts did not know what happen in the Chechen Wikipedia without knowing the English language I fail to properly convey to you this. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 10:03, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Umar, I correct your message.--Soul Train (talk) 08:14, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Good Soul Train. thanks. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 08:27, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
This is the Permissions withdrawal requests page ce:Википедийа:Permissions withdrawal requests. In accordance with the recommendations of Billinhurst, this voting will continue one month. All users from this page were warned by Soul Train on their talk pages. And, by the way, one of those bureaucrat found my page in social network "Odnoklassniki" and said to me that he can find me and it's gonna happen some bad things with me and with my son. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 11:10, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Comment: I reiterate my support. The user is the most serious contributor to that wiki. I see no problem with canvassing in this case. This is a small wiki, and this request doesn't have a lot of chances to get any more attention otherwise. --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 09:35, 28 February 2013 (UTC) ce.wpo
Comment:I would also support this. (Note that this Meta page is on my watchlist for already about five years). The situation on ce.wp right now is that the existing sysops and bureaucrats (most likey, all of them are are in fact the same person) most of the time inactive, and when they become active, they conduct activity incompatible with the Five Pillars. I do not know about canvassing (in fact, I discussed the situation with Umar and advised him to run an RfB, but did not vote myself), but ther is no "other side" in this story. The other side would not come and vote against him, they would just stop the RfB, delete the page and block him indefinitely if they show up in the project and notice the RfB. Luckily, they did not show up for the long time.--Ymblanter (talk) 12:07, 28 February 2013 (UTC)
Support Support this request. I fully agree with Amir & Ymblanter. I think, this is key issue for starting re-development of Chechen wiki. I also support for removing Bureaucrat flags from inactive users. --Kaganer (talk) 17:58, 28 February 2013 (UTC)

  • I would like to know about the situation with the permissions of Dagirov Umar and how long we can waiting for? There are many problems in Chechen Wikipedia, not only about threatening from currently low-active administrators (I mean Sasan700), but just with the technical part; for example, it needed to adding the Wikificator in MediaWiki space for remove in articles numbers in the middle of texts - numbers that must be Chechen letter Ӏ (Ӏа) also known as Palochka.--Soul Train (talk) 19:46, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
I look forward to the end, I many ideas you need to create a lot of things to remove debris. Ask the stewards accepted solution is nothing more to build new states will not know everything. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 19:56, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
  • I am inclined to deny this request on the basis of the major and ridiculous canvassing that has gone on and which makes it impossible for us to determine consensus. I wouldn't mind hearing some opinions on this from my colleagues tho. Snowolf How can I help? 22:40, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
In any case, with 5 local 'crats, please contact them about this request first, one of them actually edited fairly recently and maybe would reply to an email or talk page message. Snowolf How can I help? 22:44, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
What are you doing? Do you even understand? Facepalm. You want another voting without "canvassing" (whatta stupid word...)? OK, you'll get it. But this is simply waste of time.--Soul Train (talk) 12:32, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
By the way, Snowolf, can you show me the discussion in Chechen Wikipedia where, for example, user Shatoidil get his administrator permission? It is very interesting question that bothers me for a long time. Please, show me discussion, according to which its flag is official. And I'll agree with you. But now you are protect the violations. And if this is so, then your permission of steward should be removed. Am I right? Tell me.--Soul Train (talk) 12:51, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
Inactive bureaucrats and administrators are notified. I had to report the vote I take off and do not know they can vote against it if there is a cause and honestly did not know it is wrong. I DO NOT Vandal flag if I confide that I will not let you down. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 23:57, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
I agree but to re-vote will take time and the chechns Wikipedia lot of work waiting. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 00:58, 6 March 2013 (UTC)
I am ready to grant you a temp sysop permission for 6 months (taking to account that you already was a temp sysop in the past). In this case you will have sufficient time to file a new request for a permanent adminship. I agree that cewiki does not need bureaucrats as it is currently too small. Ruslik (talk) 06:35, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
I agree to the temporary permission, until the decision on the administrator's voting.
"I agree that cewiki does not need bureaucrats as it is currently too small." This is very interesting remark, really :) In such case, the Bureaucrat permission should be removed from the user Sasan700 also.--Soul Train (talk) 08:26, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
  • Today, with no reason, with no warnings at users talk page, Dagirov Umar was permanently blocked by user Dagger who didn't edited the project since 24 December, 2012. After that he reverted editions in the article about en:Flag of Chechnya and placed flag of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (1991-2004). This article is not about historical flag of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, but about the present flag of Chechen Republic, and this is another mystification of current administrators. But I'm talking about something else. Dagger blocked permanently user who have 100% support at Request for adminship. With no reason (no, reason is "false information", but he doing it himself), and he done it twice. I want to know the opinion of the stewards about this situation.--Soul Train (talk) 18:43, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
  • Here is a fine example of "objectivity" from user Dagger: "Эта статья о ПРИЗНАНННОЙ тремья государствами Чеченской Республики Ичкерия, о Чечне в составе Рф я ничего незнаю, Чечни больше нет, есть Ичкерия. Dagger 21:09, 28 нажи бутт 2012 (UTC)" - Translation: "This is the article about RECOGNIZED by 3 countries Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, about Chechnya as a part of Russian Federation I know nothing, it is no longer (exist), there's (only) Ichkeria". I don't understand, is he (Dagger) leaving in some kind of dream or computer game?--Soul Train (talk) 18:59, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
Exactly what I mentioned up this thread.--Ymblanter (talk) 20:14, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
Note that Dagger him/herself was never elected administrator.--Ymblanter (talk) 20:15, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
  • WHAT WAS THAT?--Soul Train (talk) 06:15, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
Well, I did not want to vote there since I am just an observer (for many years), not an active contributor, but now I voted for removal of advanced permissions. To stewards: Pls continue monitoring the situation, I would not be surprised if local admins would delete or fully protect the RfA pages, or start blocking at will everyone who voted.--Ymblanter (talk) 07:58, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
  • Candidate has been indefinitely blocked by local user Dagger. Puzzling. --Rschen7754 08:51, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
This is how they work over there. Dagger was inactive for a long time, and suddenly popped up, created a page, wrote on a number of pages that the candidate will not become an administratot, blocked him indefinitely for vandalism, and disappeared. Another one popped up after a three months years absence and blanked the RfA page. Now we wait what comes next.--Ymblanter (talk) 09:01, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
Maybe post to the steward noticeboard to start a further discussion on the indefinite block? I get the feeling that it will just get lost here and this page really isn't for extended discussion. --Rschen7754 09:04, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
Sounds like a good idea, thanks. I will try to move it in the evening.--Ymblanter (talk) 10:00, 12 March 2013 (UTC)

And on account of knowledge I can say this they just do not say what the main reason is that block that I do not live in the past and do not say about that at the image do momet Chechen nation They also say that does not speak the language of the Chechen. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 10:43, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
And what about this? Sometimes I also ask to translate some articles in the Russian Wikipedia, because I have no time for this, for example. I don't think that it is indicate that I don't know Russian language ;) And, yes, I agree with idea about the steward noticeboard.--Soul Train (talk) 10:45, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
The reason for my block is the fact that I do not support the separatists and is convinced that the Wikipedia encyclopedia and not a site of Ichkeria. -- Дагиров Умар (talk) 10:54, 12 March 2013 (UTC)

You are welcome, always happy to help! If you want I can give the link to the rules on the Chechen wikipedia[14] and do the translation to English. But I speak English poorly.Mega programmer (talk) 15:32, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
Hello! I will say a few words about the situation. Umar Dagirov for the first time has been blocked for vandalism, which he showed publication of pornographic pictures. Then he went into the meta wiki and complained that administrators on the Chechen wikipedia do not work, and asked to put themselves administrator, for which he was blocked. Umar could not write on chechen language, in which we have seen. There is no useful changes which he made. This is a war for power corrections and the Chechen Wikipedia, started with the insidious purposes, otherwise I can not imagine. It all comes down to the fact that we are "extremists," but it is not so much about it, said one of the participants in those discussions.

Umar arrogantly and wrongly accuses dastardly deed administrators Chechen Wikipedia. In cases like this, I can say that this blog with your photo created himself Umar to come here and complain abaut admins.Qonax (talk) 02:01, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

See who wants to develop definitions, and who drives a black power. I've been watching this dispute saw Umrah invited participants from Russian Wikipedia itself in support Qonax (talk) 02:15, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
  • Funny, but those sysops - all of them - talking about porno photos, but the simple analysis shows that it wasn't Umar. They doing their proclamations without check-users, without links and proofs. According of their point of view, every vandal editions are editions of Umar, other Chechen people "who sold to Russians" or Russians themselves :) It is just the remark, later we will show more comprehensive picture of the situation.--Soul Train (talk) 10:08, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

In about four months before I request to be permanent Bureaucrat in the fa.wikinews. Then i agreed with other active users there and the local consensus has been reached. But because our last bureaucrat remove his permission there. Now in fa.wikinews we do not have any bureaucrat. I know that requests that need this access could done in Meta but in most of the times in special requests, it is necessary you know Farsi (Persian) and for all request that need bureaucrat access the users sholud come to Meta that we can do it there more easily and some times better (For example concluded request because of same language "Farsi"). So if possible conclude request and grant this to me. We need your help. --H.b.sh (talk) 05:22, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

Sorry, but the result is 6:0. Even this number of votes is insufficient to elect a bureaucrat. However among the votes 3 have only few contributions to fawikinews therefore the real vote is 3:0. Ruslik (talk) 18:42, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
Not done Sorry, but we wouldn't even be granting permanent adminship with that sort of vote, plus the wiki has too few active users for a local bureaucrat to be elected (we're talking exactly 1 user with more than 5 edits in the last 30 days). Snowolf How can I help? 09:00, 17 March 2013 (UTC)

Done User:ArnoLagrange announced his retirement two weeks ago. a×pdeHello! 21:34, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
I think I shall express my disagreement. Announcing a retirement is not the same as requesting the removal of the rights, which should be explicity said. I don't mean that Tlustulimu is lying but looking at the links provided I see ArnoLagrange's retirement notice but not a clear rights removal request (and since he's been a steward I doubt he didn't remember the procedure for removal of the rights). I'm not going to reverse this unless the majority of the fellow stewards agree, but this request is based on weak evidence (at least not with easy verification) and I'd have abstained from performing it as it is; and would have asked for more information. Thanks. -- MarcoAurelio (talk) 00:23, 28 February 2013 (UTC)

I am a sysop at Zazaki Wikipedia. I'm since the beginning of the project actively there. Xoser was virtually absent for over two years (from 03:16, 24 December 2010 to 17:30, 9 February 2013). There is a conspiracy theory against Zazas, which is operated there, is a political assimilation propaganda. The actual Kurds (like Gomada & Co.) influence our youth in order to misuse them for their own political purposes. They start with a supposedly fair voting and quit it again theirselves. Where is there in the world, something sneaky? They are not into the Zaza language (Zazaki), but they try all align with the Kurdish wherever they can. --Mirzali (talk)

Not done Please stop this. As Takabeg said on the request above, Wikipedia is no battleground. If you want Xosere's sysop status to be removed, you will need to get a local consensus about it. But again, removing sysop rights is clearly not the right way to solve the problem at diqwiki. -- Quentinv57 (talk) 18:03, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
Ok, I accept your decision here. But, in this case there exists a conspiracy against the Zazas. Please check it lengthy and thoroughly. Should my long lasting more than six years effort, because of a Kurdish propaganda to be annulled? I appeal to your conscience. Bye the way, there was already a dessysop process for Xoser. I am a sysop at Zazaki Wikipedia. We had a discussion session on Mirzali's most recent sysop practice and decided to proceed to voting, which started on March 6 and ended on March 15. He has been consistently blocking users whom he has disagreements over article content and using abusive and curse words. The result of the voting is: Support: 5 and Oppose: 1 (disregarding Mirzali's own vote). --Xoser (talk) 07:00, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

It's all set and planned. They (Xoser, Gomada & Co.) formed a pseudo group, provoked me to collect alleged facts from this result, started a voting, stopped it to their own pleasure, and get away with it for request here. Isn't that a sneaky and evil conspiracy? -- Mirzali (talk) 04:57, 22 March 2013 (UTC)

Users Neribij and Azadi have only few contributions to diqwiki therefore their opinions have little value. After excluding them I do not see any consensus. Ruslik (talk) 18:36, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

It seems like, because of abuse, user Neribij, user Ghybu, user Azadi, user Seyidxan, user Gomada, user George Animal, and admin Xosere dont contribute anymore. We need a solution. Thanks in advance.Gomada (talk) 14:20, 25 March 2013 (UTC)

Hi, Ruslik. I dont know if you read all discussion. But because of Mirzali's behaviours there were nobody in the wiki and those users came currenlty. We cant say, their opinions have little value. They speak Zazaki, thats very important for us. Because, there are not many people who really speak good Zazaki. (For example, the user who supports Mirzali, user:Takabeg is not Zaza and he cant speak Zazaki. The users who will develop Zazaki wikipedia, are people as Neribij, Azadi, Xosere etc. In short people who can speak Zazaki can really develop it) All users have same right, and the point you need to see. Mirzali insults users and block them. Mirzali's last attempt was trying to block Neribij. Is this normal to insult users and block them without reason? (Btw, my own page is still protected by Mirzali. He protects my page from me? If i cant even change my own page, where is the freedom?) I hope, you respect decision of community. Btw, if you knew Zazaki language, you could see the quality of Neribij. We just dont want Mirzali as an admin. People cant freely contribute like that. if he really wants to help his language, he can do it as a normal user too. We dont want to spend our energy with discussions anymore. We want to solve this problem and develop Zazaki wikipedia. Thanks in advance.Gomada (talk) 19:57, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
I am sorry to come up to Meta with this kind of issue. However, problems have to be addressed. The reason we don't have that many user contributions is the consistent abuse of sysop power by Mirzali. You can look at the past discussions (one of them) and you will see many examples of that. Many members are discouraged and unfortunately we only have small community.--Xoser (talk) 00:22, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
User:Mirzali wrote this message today. Is this normal? Even User:Ghybu and User:Seyidxan didnt join the discussion. Its a clear proof that, Mirzali attacks users and he doesnt want any person in Zazaki wiki, if they dont think as him. Im afraid, if the result doesnt solve as community's decision, Zazaki wikipedia will be only Mirzali's wikipedia.Should users leave the project as Mirzali say?Gomada (talk) 14:38, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
No, they shouldn't. Everybody can contribute to Wikipedia unless they adopt a bad attitude. -- Quentinv57 (talk) 18:10, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

I think, its enough we waited. Mirzali decides only by himself. He doesnt care opinion of community. Today he just deleted the template was created by User:Neribij and he blocked me now.How long will we wait for the decision?Gomada (talk) 11:16, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

As a sysop at diq.wikipedia, I respectfully ask Mirzali to stop being harsh on users. However, his actions even in these past three days show that he is not willing to be accommodating. He locks user messaging pages. He blocks normal regular users with no valid reasons. --Xoser (talk) 15:13, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
Hi Xoser and Gomada. I just wrote a message to Mirzali to ask him to comment about this. Let's wait and see. -- Quentinv57 (talk) 15:57, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

Strongly oppose: As long as I understand, Kurdish nationalist users like User:Gomada and User:Xosere (he was not a Kurdish nationalist at least until 2007) made artificial pro-Kurdish "community". User:Gomada continuously attacks non-Kurdish-nationalist users. If their attempt of hijacking and/or coup d'état will realize, existing Zazaki Wikipedia will collapse and be Kurdified. Takabeg (talk) 16:08, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

Hi Takabeg. There is no question of opposing here, it's not a vote. I already understood that you and Mirzali were in the same group, and that Gomada and Xosere were in an other. What I would like is to know exactly what's the problem of every two groups against the others. For example, Gomada's problems is being insulted and blocked without valid reason, I would like to know yours. He provided diffs to prove what he was saying and I would also like you to prove that Gomada attacks users. The aim of all that is not to remove sysop rights of anybody but to see if there is any mean for you to coexist and to respect each other. I'm sure that all of you are wise enough to do that. Regards, -- Quentinv57 (talk) 16:18, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
Hi, Quentinv57. I don't belong to any groups. I don't have any common backgrounds. When I start to contribute for Zazaki Wikipedia. There is only user there. That was User:Mirzali. Now I support him only because he is the only admin who know policies of Wikipedia. I understand some problems of Zazaki Wikipedia. I found problematic approach on both independent Zaza users and pro-Kurdish users. However, problems are too complicated and it cannot be solved by Kurdish coup d'état. Unfortunately, pro-Kurdish users contributions are destructive (abuses en:WP:NOTBATTLEGROUND). Takabeg (talk) 17:28, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
@Takabeg; You dont need to deny. When somebody reads your comments, each person can see your position. Quentinv57 has understood naturally. Anyway, we talk about Mirzali's abuse of adminship. But you couldnt even say Mirzali to not insult users. i see your point. You just want to change the topic to political discussion but sorry we dont need that. Pro-Kurdish users, Kurdish nationlaists etc. Thats all you talk about. When will you say something about Mirzali's abuse?--Gomada (talk) 19:42, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
@Takabeg: I don't understand how this discussion about politics. The issue is Mirzali's attitude. --Xoser (talk) 01:34, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
Dear Takabeg, you don’t speak my language. But you change our contributions. 1, 2 Why? This is my language. But you decide my language as you are Zaza. I don’t understand.--Azadi (talk) 17:01, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

I am myself a Zaza and i've been working on Zazaki for a long time, also i study philology on Zazaki. I wanted to contribute on diqwiki. I don’t want to despise anybody, but for sure Mirzali has gramatical problems about Zazaki and Mirzali is deleting my contributions without concensus. Therefore, I will not contribute anymore until this problem solved. By the way as i saw, Takabeg doesn't even speak Zazaki, but his/her words are more valuable for Mirzali. Users who speak Zazaki are being blocked. I didn't even interfere in discussion, but Mirzali also attempted to block me. Therefore i wrote my idea. i understood that, we can be blocked anytime, just because we want to develop Zazaki wiki. In this way, wikipedia Zazaki turn into a personal blog. Neribij (talk) 17:32, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

Dear Quentinv57! I blocked Gomada (Contr.) because of his edit war for one day. He incites people against me, because I want to keep the actual Zazaki and want no Kurdish influence. He and his buddies [[[:w:diq:Karber:Azadi|Azadi]] (talk, contr.), George Animal (contr.), Ghybu (talk, contr.), Neribij (contr.), Seyidxan (talk, contr.), Xoser (talk, contr.)] want to introduce the Kurdish letters and change or delete existing templates. Please, have look at my oppose, Infobox_Kitab, Gomada's edit war and Xoser --Mirzali (talk) 17:44, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

My concern is primarily all about the Zazaki language. Political or personal views of other people are secondary, but if these are destructive, these are to be considered immensely. All the people who want to chase me are Kurdish nationalists. Their goal is clear. They want to have Kurdish influence and want adjust all to the Kurdish artificially. But, each language has its own grammar and rules. Zazaki is not a so-called Kurdish dialect. It is a separate language among the Iranian languages. None of these people speak or write Zazaki well. Even those who claim they would to be Zazas and may feel politically as Kurds, they don't speak their own language correctly. This is not a slander, but the bitter truth. They try here only by their polemical and paradoxical statements to impress you. --Mirzali (talk) 03:08, 21 March 2013 (UTC)

This situation is miserable! You just attack people and claim that, you know the best. What do you try to prove us? You still try to change the topic. This is about your SYSOP ABUSE! And i showed your mistakes 1000 times but if its not enough, here a person who cant even speak Zazaki can see your language knowledge! We talk with proofs, but you have only claims! Therefore, stop to attack people! Zazaki Wikipedia is not a family project that, you call Asmen and ask for help. You still dont accept that, you attack people and you block them as you want.Gomada (talk) 14:18, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
@Gomada, that you have planned all this unprincipled and have provoked me, it's probably clear to you, right? It is no insult to say the truth. So quit with your accusations. You can't snatch something from the concept and demonstrate here as alleged proof. Over the past six years, we have written so much, you want me to do every single word to the accusation? To you it's not about the Zazaki language, you want to exercise only Kurdish influence. For this purpose you have formed a pseudo group that you so suddenly rushed at me slyly. I am an honorable man and I don't need tricks like you. Asmên is also an admin in our Wikipedia. It is quite natural that he also define his position. --Mirzali (talk)
User:Takabeg as a supporter of Mirzali always claims that, Mirzali knows the policy of Wikipedia. I recommend Mirzali to learn what edit-war is. (read 3RR plz) Its not edit-war to revert your mistake once.(my contributions) User:Neribij has created a good template in Zazaki for his new article. It seems like Neribij didnt know, there is another template. But after Takabeg said, there are 2 templates to be merged, i checked both. Mirzali's template was half Zazaki-half English and not good looking. Therefore, i added Neribij's template to article. And Mirzali's template was not in use and necessary anymore. (Btw, after i said, this template is not good. Mirzali just copied Neribij's translation from template and pasted to his template, here) Takabeg always tells Mirzali to do somethings as blocking me etc. He also said to Mirzali "i didnt tell you to delete the template, i told you to merge." (here in turkish) But he deleted. Mirzali doesnt really want anybody who doesnt think as him. For example, look at User:Ghybu's contributions in diqwiki. He has just helped to develop the wiki and he didnt even join the discussion but just because, Ghybu is a Kurmanj, Mirzali is aganist him.(it would be good to know Ghybu's idea too. Maybe he doesnt know even that Mirzali is talking about him) Lets say, im a Kurmanj, but what about User:Xoser, User:Azadi, User:Neribij? They are Zazas. How can you decide for all Zazas? They dont have any right to say their opinions? When Mirzali and Takabeg dont have an answer, they always use words as Kurdish nationalism etc. They change the topic to political problem. If the problem is that im Kurmanj, then what is Takabeg? Even i speak Zazaki and Takabeg does not. Lets say im a Kurmanj and as Mirzali says i dont have any right to join Zazaki wiki. Lets accept that (even if that is againist mentality of Wiki projects). What about Xosere, Azadi, Neribij then? You are the only Zaza in the world? Look at your behaviours, we talk about your abuse of adminship and you just started a de-adminship request for admin Xoser. You should prove us that, you didnt abuse your adminship. But you can not. Coz, i've already showed the diffs on Quentinv57's page how you insulted users and you forced them to leave the project. Im really bored of this discussion. There is a clear abuse of adminship, but Mirzali and Takabeg try to change the topic. I dont want to spend my energy for such things. i had worries, and now User:Neribij has said, he/she will not contribute anymore because of Mirzali's attitude. What now? All users will leave the project and it will be belonged to Mirzali again? He has forced old users in the past, therefore they left the project. Will we have a dejavu?Gomada (talk) 19:21, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
Today, Mirzali deleted my sandbox. (btw, im still blocked) i didnt have any request to delete and he didnt ask me. The users dont even have right to use a sandbox? Mirzali is the only person who can has sandbox? For example, some of his sandboxes; 1, 2, 3. He didnt even write in Zazaki. Those sandbox are in Turkish language and political text as blog text. Is he really an admin of Zazaki wiki? I hope, this abuse will be stopped soon.Gomada (talk) 08:49, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
Mirzali thinks that wikipedia is his web log and wikimedia foundation could not stop his abuse, I am so sorry!--2.182.183.66 15:20, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

Strongly oppose: Mirzali is the only person who has the competence and the time to edit the Zazaki Wikipedia. His skıll ıs by no means doubtable and his grammar and dialectology knowledge in Zazaki is well. We don't use any personal alphabet or any dialect from a village. Our alphabet is used since the middle of 80s and was standardized in 1992 by the periodical Ware. The objections of the other firends against mirzali are mor personal and also political motivated. I am also sysop at Zazaki Wikipedia and beyond that I'm a PhD student of Indo-European linguistics and also a member of the Zazaki Institute managing comitte in Frankfurt --asmên 00:13, 21 March 2013 (UTC)

What are you talking about Asmen? We dont talk about your education or membership. We talk about Mirzali's abuse of adminship. Do you have any idea, why he insults users, block them and force them to leave the project? By the way, try to read please. Dont come here to just write 'oppose', as Quentinv57 said, this is not a vote. We've already voted. Where were you? You can be an admin, but what are you doing as an admin? (Your contributions) Btw i can give some examples about Mirzali's grammer and dialectology knowledge. You both are from same city but you cant come to an agreement about grammer. Here a basic Zazaki sentence or here Mirzali has said, i corrected grammatically but then you has corrected him So, if Mirzali is so good at Zazaki, why do you correct him? Wikipedia is not a family project that you just come to praise your friend to us. Anyway, we discuss Mirzali's abuse and none of users contribute in Zazaki wiki now. If people are blocked and forced to leave the project, of course Mirzali will be the most active user. Coz, there is no other user there.Gomada (talk) 00:45, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
@Asmen: You totally miss the point. The issue is not linguistics or Indo-European languages. The issue is Mirzali's lack of patience with people who don't think like him. And him abusing the sysop powers to force those people out of the project. --Xoser (talk) 01:52, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
@Gomada and Xosere, maybe I miss a little bit th point but I wanted to givr some background informations. Gomada, please don't give wrong informations about us. Mirzali is 600 km far from me but we have the same agreement about the standard Zazaki and grammar. He didn't abuse his adminship, he tries to protect the Zazaki Wikipedia project of political motivated attacs and provocations. --asmên 09:29, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
@Asmên;That means you accept his insults on users and for you its not abuse. Good! Then you both should learn how admins should behave in wiki-projects. And you know Mirzali is 600 km far from you, coz he is your Facebook friend. But anyway, i repeat 1000 times. This discussion is about Mirzali's SYSOP ABUSE. Therefore, i dont need to discuss about your background. Btw, i show your contributions, look 1 or 2, here a user who cant even speak Zazaki can see your mistakes. So, how can you say that i give wrong informations about you?Gomada (talk) 09:50, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
Its interesting and funny, because this Zazabewran just come to vote when Mirzali needs help. After 2 years same user-name directly came and just tries to support Mirzali. That situation is quite getting funny. It would be good, whose account is that or how did this account wake up after 2 years when Mirzali needs help :) Anyway, this is not question of opposing, Zazabewran. Therefore, please try to read what we talk about.Gomada (talk) 09:58, 22 March 2013 (UTC)

This page is not designed for this kind of (big) discussions. I suggest that you take it to your local community, the talk page of this board or, if the issue is complicated, start an RFC. Please do not continue with this here. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. -- MarcoAurelio (talk) 16:37, 22 March 2013 (UTC)

Not done There are obviously two approximately equal camps of editors in this Wikipedia, who are engaged in a long lasting conflict with each other. Both camps include administrators, who do not always behave well. However removing sysop access from a user belonging to only one camp will tip the balance of power in the direction of another camp. So, I think, absent a clear consensus for removal it is better to keep status quo. Ruslik (talk) 09:41, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
@Ruslik You have said, there are 2 camps of editors. If you really want to have the balance, then why one side has 2 admins? And i think, you missed the point too. Coz, the problem is sysop abuse, not camps. You didnt even have a warning to Mirzali. That means, you let him to insult and block users freely. Take a look at here please.--Gomada (talk) 14:20, 27 March 2013 (UTC)

There are many articles that only have one word and a picture, therefore qualified for deletion but there are no administrators to initiate the deletion. The user(who couldn't speak Kashmiri at all) that had created these unhelpful one-word articles had gained temporary adminship over the wiki and had the script completely altered, Although Kashmiri is also written in Sharda, it's more widely understood in Devanagari -and these major changes also need administrator access. Ok, no problem. For now I can not guarantee a greater number of votes given the small size of the community. But if they are not enough for a permanent adminship I accept gladly a year extension. --Reder 06:54, 28 February 2011 (UTC)

  • Why have you given me a Sysop status? The election was to permanent! Plese give me it, if it is not a problem. Thank you. --Gubin (talk), 8 September 2012 (UTC)
My opinion is that while indeed 11 people voted, almost all of them have only single digit contributions to that project. While I don't doubt your suitability for the role, there isn't really community there... --Bencmq (talk) 18:16, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
  • I understand... But, we have a little community - here - Soul Train, Russavia, MongolWiki, Kaganer, Varlaam are really active! I am going to invite other users! I want to raise the Buryat wiki! I want to delete articles - mystifications and create 1,000 new articles there! I want to block vandals! I want to support the active users! But for this I need a permanent flag. --Gubin (talk), 7 September 2012 (UTC)
You now have admin rights and can delete articled and block vandals. It just that you have to come back after 6 month, after a new announcement locally, and your adminship will be extended. I also recommend you to read Billinghursts recommendation on your talk page User talk:Губин Михаил. -- Tegel (Talk) 19:34, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
  • Yes, I have read. But I can not understand You! Why I have to come back after 6 month to extend my adminship? We had choices of administrator to get permanent flag. And I satisfy the requirements. Why do not you want to give me the permanent status? Is it a great problem? No! What's the matter? --Gubin (talk), 8 September 2012 (UTC)
Presumably the steward reviewing the request does not believe that there is sufficient size and activity to the community to yet grant permanent adminship. Note that after reviews there is generally a longer duration for subsequent following applications. — billinghurst sDrewth 08:24, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
You do not work on this wiki, and I work. There are 10 active users and 20 active bots. We have a community, and at the last time it was created almost 50 new articles! I do not have enough time and enough opinion of 6 months to do all that I want! And I do not want to apply once more. It is just a waste of time. --Gubin (talk), 9 September 2012 (UTC)
  • Please, give me the permanent flag! You will not regret it when you will see that in the beginning of 2014 Buryat wiki has 1,000 articles and a lot of active users. --Gubin (talk), 9 September 2012 (UTC)
    • Temporary flag does not prevent you from writing articles and/or attracting new users. Simply come back after half a year. As mentioned by Billinghurst usually the next period granted will be longer. Bencmq (talk) 19:04, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

Tomorrow (15th march) I will hold a Wikipedia workshop, and need to mass create users (about 15). If we hit the create limit I will need the accountcreator rights to create them. Regards. MikaelLindmark (talk) 15:06, 14 March 2013 (UTC)

MikaelLindmark is a trusted user, a former sysop. This userright is no big issue, and no objections has been rised on the central discussion of the project, and I do not expect any to come. -- Lavallen 18:56, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
I am very skeptical about granting this userright. I have granted it now on about 4-5 occasions and it has not once been used. I suggest that the lifting of the account creation limit on the IP be instead pursued, tho that should have been requested with some time to spare on bugzilla. This is merely my opinion and experience with handling most of these requests and other stewards might differ and grant this request. Snowolf How can I help? 18:58, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
A bug is normally not responded within hours. (I have waited for months for some of them, without any response worth noting.) This userright is normally discovered to be usefull when it is to late, when the limit already has been triggered, and the Stewards are busy somewhere else. In this case, it has been requested a day in advance. -- Lavallen 19:13, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
The workshop went well. I guess the users didn't hit the limit or the network gave them real IP-numbers. I didn't had the time to investigate. /MikaelLindmark (talk) 13:37, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

I want to import enwp templates correctly (not by copy/pasting). Moreover I'm cleaning up lowp since a few weeks tagging pages and moving pages to the correct places, adding images from commons, etc... The right would help me, the community is defacto dead (ony a few users working on the actual content, see recent changes) and thus nobody was responding to my request. mabdul 11:47, 3 March 2013 (UTC)

Let's give the community a moment to comment in the discussion there. Pundit (talk) 12:45, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
The request was posted on 15 February. --MF-W 23:56, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
You'd better request setup of import sources. Ruslik (talk) 18:13, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
Yep, you should file a bug for that. Currently, lo:Special:Import doesn't allow import from any sources. πr2 (t • c) 18:18, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
Well, the import status would of course allow uploads from XML files. However I agree that here probably it is best to give the transwiki status, as only pages from one wiki are planned to be imported. Additionally, while I trust the user to handle the importupload permission in a way that won't break the wiki (which it can!), with only the transwiki import possibility the potential problems would be lower (Mabdul is not a sysop there, so he can't clean up mistakenly imported stuff directly). --MF-W 19:18, 4 March 2013 (UTC) — This made me have an idea: Wikimedia_Forum#Idea:_standard_import_sources. --MF-W 19:27, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
