The amount of support should be taken as a relative measure, since it is a very small community. It is exactly because of this that the help is requested from the currently only active admin at the project. I'm currently (and so is KWiki for that matter) an experienced administrator on bs.wiki. Not done This wiki is not active enough to have its own bureaucrats. If there's really a need to perform some bureaucrat task on this wiki, just come to us and it will be done quickly. This is done as a measure to prevent inactive bureaucrats on small wikis, which led us to wait sometimes months before performing a 'crat request on a small wiki. On the Swedish Wikipedia all admins/bureaucrats/CU/OS are elected for one year at a time, see the policy document. There exists a possibility to be reelected, but some users choose not to apply for another period. As you have seen the the page, the summary of that we were in need of more active admins, but before new admin request we had planned to de-syop all the inactive admins at first. For that the proposal has been raised. All the members supported for de-sysop the inactive admins. But as u seen there a long conversation, is not about de-sysop, it is all about "New admin appointment". One among us said that we don't need any new sysop at that time. But after somedays Chaipau nominate the name of Gitartha Bordloi for new sysop here. So without de-sysoping inactive admins, the new appointment has made.

Sorry, We have not any local policy for admin till now. We are just using the default policy at meta.

DerHexer pointed me to [17]. If I understand correctly, you want to import from another Wikimedia project. Per Terms of use/de#7. Lizenzierung von Inhalten (c), you have to link the source page you're copying/translating in the edit summary. If – for non-legal reasons – you want to also import the history, you need to establish a local policy which says so and ask for the transwiki import sources to be added to your wiki's configuration and/or user rights to be added locally as needed (for instance if you wanted bureaucrats to add/remove transwiki flag). --Nemo 14:14, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
Additionally to transwiki imports we need XML import rights to import from the own wiki in case of splitting articles to keep the history, and to import complete articles from other language Wikivoyage versions which are to big to import them. According to d:Wikidata:Confirmed users, only stewards can add the confirmed permission on Wikidata at this time. I have made over 150 edits in the last three days, and I simply can't wait for the auto confirmation time period (one more day). I am already a trusted user at Wikidata (I already have the autopatrolled flag), and I request this primarily so that I can edit semi-protected pages and move pages. While stewards are able to assign many permissions, whether we should do so is another matter. I would say that if Wikidata wishes to make use of the confirmed flag, you guys should prolly file a request on bugzilla to have it assignable by administrators as it is done on other wikis. I am reluctant to grant this flag as a steward action, especially as you state that you merely have to wait a day for the issue to be resolved. Snowolf How can I help? 19:21, 14 February 2013 (UTC)
