Hi, can you give me bot flag for my bots on rowiki? We are in a deadlock and i can't receive wanted status. Our local policies for bot approval says that each discussion for each bot request lasts 7 days. I posted two requests: the first one - for this bot was on 24 october 2013. And no decision was taken until now. The second request (see below) i posted on 30 december 2013. And also no decision was taken. On 4 or 5 january, at our local "village pump" i posted an invitation for editors to make public their opinion for these cases. And, for both requests i obtained by one positive vote. Also one editor asked "for what i need 2 bots?". I explained, and will explain here too. XXN-bot will run on standard AWB soft, just for easy tasks as recategorisation, adding and removing of templates and so on. The second bot, X-bot (from request below) will run on Pywikibot framework, and on this account i will mass create articles (mainly geographical). As I have no one negative vote, i ask you to grant bot statuses for these accounts. Thanks.

@MF-Warburg: I already contacted one of them 3 days ago. And he said ”IMO there are not enough opinions voiced”. Probably he is right - by one vote for each request is little insufficiently. That's why I posted here. This is an impasse. Also he asked for more details and for test edits by both bots. Yes you can! If not - then close meta as being a useless project. And, that's not a decision. He wrote "...in my opinion...". And this discussion was on a private talk page. Let's judge clearly: i wait more than 2½ months for a decision what must taken in 7 days. How long i have to wait yet? Another month? Or maybe 2, 3 or 4 months? I am human... One day i will die, and it will be EPIC if they will grant bot status after my death.
Wikipedia it's sooo bureaucratic system. Probaly it would have been better if on each project exists an "super-admin" paid by wikimedia foundation, who will be jointly interested to develop that project, ~every day working on it, managing and solving problematic cases.

Stewards are there for doing stuff which local users cannot do. There is a difference between no bureaucrat being active and no bureaucrat being willing to fulfill your request. If local users think it's better for their project to not give you a bot flag, that is their responsibility (and also their "problem" if they lose your contributions). --MF-W 08:13, 10 January 2014 (UTC)
