Describe the bug
After selecting the profile dropdown the cursor is turning to hand symbol when focussed outwards.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://test-community-app.topcoder-dev.com/challenges?'
2. Click on Login.
3. Enter Username and Password.
4. Click login.
5. Click on Profile logo. Profile menu appears.
6. Move the cursor outside of Profile menu.
7. The cursor turns to hand symbol.

Expected behavior
The cursor should not turn to hand symbol when moving mouse outside the Profile menu.
