On Windows 11 using Docker Desktop with WSL2, one of the integration tests fails. Specifically, it fails to complete within 15 seconds (see screenshot). I am not sure if this is an issue with just the test or if it is a larger issue with Windows in general. I can see the containers starting and running, but I am unsure what is expected to happen during this time.
