Describe the enhancement
Provide a way to either tag/create a new column inside of MonitorHosts plugin that would identify each of the nodes spun up
using the cloud plugin from its source cloud group.

Additional context
This feature enhancement is a result of the cloud manager plugin integration. While the nodes that get spun up in the cloud get populated in the MonitorHosts plugin, it would be easy to manage them at the MonihotHosts plugin level if we can filter them based on:

1. Which Cloud Provider they are from.
2. Which Cloud Group they are associated with.
