Describe the enhancement
Provide a way to locally cache the operations made on individual cloud groups. This will be helpful for the following reasons.

1. It can help identify bad nodes and validate them against what RQD reports.
2. Provide visual feedback for any operation failure that has happened or any delayed error that happens on the cloud for a particular cloud group.
3. Help in the process of choosing which nodes to prioritize for removal when a group is deleted/scaled down.
