    This page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.
    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    Hi, I'm FilmsUK, and I would like to request the undeletion of this draft deleted under CSD G13. Please restore the page so that I can make edits to it. The individual the article is about is seriously ill and l am taking care of him, hence the delay in me updating this page. I have been speaking with the BBC who have given me source links to the BBC website where John Burder is clearly credited for the role of director on their films. He has done a phenomenal amount of film work throughout his life and l feel we should create a legacy. The BBC sent me an email saying and l quote "On behalf of the staff of the NHU /BBC, do please pass on our very best wishes and say how sorry we are to hear of his illness. Clearly John has been involved in so many different things in his time at the BBC and had a full and illustrious career and contributed so much to the BBC and to the understanding of his craft.     @Npurington: Declined pending further information. This was undeleted over six months ago with a pledge that it would be worked on, but no edits were made to improve the entry for resubmission. Draft space is not an indefinite hosting service for material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia's article mainspace. We may be willing to restore it again, but only if you provide a definite assurance that you actually intend to work on it and provide a short description of what you intend to do to improve it to meet our policies and guidelines.     Hello, today is the 13th on eastern standard time and I was planning on submitting before the deadline of 4/14/23 which is tomorrow. I was trying to submit it now on the 13th, is there any way you could please undelete this draft so that I could submit an improved version before deadline tomorrow? I have addressed all the changes and it should be up to standards. I lost a month due to a family emergency and have been away from my work. On top of this my eyesight is getting worse due to two cataracts so I would be eternally grateful if you could please give me a chance to submit my draft before the 14th on eastern standard.     PS. I understand there was some problem with the editor we hired from upwork. While we do apologize for any behavior and hope that you will not allow it to reflect on the company. We have tried to make sure we used editors who said they properly disclosed. We do ask that you do restore the page to draft status so it can continue to be worked on to meet wikipedia's guidelines. It is a very technical article, our technology is somewhat difficult to understand and it would take a new editor a significant amount of time to go through and properly re-reference it.     We do not recommend paid editors, and their work will tend to be unreliable as an article, as there are policies to determine whether we should have an article or not on a topic. In this case the tone was too promotional and it was deleted. The writer could rewrite in a less promotional tone, but still that does not mean an article should exist. My recommendation is to get your money back, and don't fall for promises that cannot be kept or a scam. Look at Wikipedia:SCAM for some other ways you might be ripped off. There are many reasons why I wrote the article on the English-language Wikipedia. This article may be important for researching LGBT topics in Azerbaijan. At first reason the article was nominated for deletion was that there were no English sources.Since there are no English-language sources on the subject, I was able to mention the sources in other languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, Ukrainian, Moldovan) in the article.
