Valhalla Game Studios, is a Japanese video game company founded in 2009. The studio is being run by former Tecmo employee, Satoshi Kanematsu, known for his work on Monster Hunter and Rygar. Valhalla's lead game designer is famed Tomonobu Itagak, known for his work on the Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden series.

"Valhalla is about 50 people right now," Itagaki told Famitsu. "That may expand a bit, but it's not going to be a 100-person company. Vilhalla Game Studios is currently working on an unannounced project.
