Expand or contract the list?

I just changed "Senator" to "Senate" under "Upper House" (as a Senator really isn't a 'house') but I wonder whether it should be there at all. How about all other forms of an upper house, like the council of state, House of Lords, etc.? Maybe they should all be listed, or perhaps none at all, as that would make the box rather long...?
