Merge back to EU law[edit]

There seems to be little or no justification for this article. EU law is nothing without its principles and, as a result, this article is an inadvertent content fork of European Union law. In addition we already have articles on supremacy (European Union law), direct effect and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. — Blue-Haired Lawyer t 18:58, 31 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
