SalamWeb is an internet browser developed by Malaysia-based Salam Web Technologies that calls itself a halal and sharia-compliant web browser for Muslims.[1] The browser includes filters for websites that feature alcohol, pork, pornography or gambling, prayer reminders and a compass that would point to Mecca.[2][3][4]

The browser is based upon Chromium.[4]
