Profit Over People: Neoliberalism & Global Order (ISBN 1-8883-6382-7) is a 1999 book by Noam Chomsky, published by Seven Stories Press. It contains his critique of neoliberalism.
He argues about the doctrines and the development of a pro-corporate system of economic and political policies that restrict the public arena and support private power. He also indicates the harmful effects of policies that are prescribed to poor countires from institutions such as the IMF, WTO and the World Bank.
