A Chromebox is a personal computer dongle running Google's Chrome OS operating system. The device is a desktop variant of the Chromebook laptop. It has a similar form factor to the Chromecast, but runs a full Chrome OS experience.

Functionality

Chromebits, like other Chrome OS devices, primarily support a single application, a browser, thereby relying heavily on an Internet connection for software functionality and data storage.
