Bai Xueshan

Bai Xueshan (born May 1961) is a former Chinese politician. He was the Vice President of Ningxia since 2013. On November 6, 2015, Bai Xueshan was investigated was placed under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. He was the first high-ranking politician being examined from Ningxia after the 18th Party Congress in 2012.[1]

Career

Bai Xueshan was born in Wuqi County, Shaanxi in May 1961. In 1984, he was graduated from Central Party School of the Communist Party of China and went to work in Yinchuan Suburb Second Construction Company (银川市郊区第二建筑工程公司). Bai became the mayor of Yinchuan from January 2006 to September 2007. In 2007 Bai Xueshan went to Wuzhong, became the Party Secretary of this city. Since 2013, Bai became the Vice President of Ningxia.[1] Bai has been attention on the real estate development during his career.[2]

On January 23, 2015, Lu Wencheng was placed under investigation by the Party's internal disciplinary body for "serious violations of regulations".[1]
