Dynamic, Innovative, Decisive.

Aergo Capital Limited was founded in 1999 as an aircraft leasing and trading company.[1] Originally formed by Denis O'Brien and Fred Browne,[2] in October 2014 Aergo Capital partnered with CarVal Investors and is now under the ownership of funds managed by Carval Investors.[3][4]

Since inception, Aergo has traded over 250 aircraft with over 50 airlines.[5] As of 2017, it had reputedly leased aircraft to thiopian Airlines, South African Airways, Jet Airways in India and Lion Air in Indonesia.[6]

As of November 2016, Aergo had a fleet of 30 aircraft.[7] These included Boeing 737s, Airbus A320s, Airbus A330s and ATR aircraft.[citation needed] In November 2022, The Irish Independent reported that the company had acquired Seraph Aviation, reputedly bringing its fleet "to more than 300 aircraft".[8]

Headquartered in Dublin, the leasing company has representatives in London, Miami, Kenya, Singapore and Jakarta. [citation needed]
