Minulý týden to v jihočeské metropoli vřelo!🔥 Největší výstavu v regionu Dobrodružství s technikou organizovala Jihočeská hospodářská komora, za což jí patří velký dík! Cílem bylo propojit firmy, školy, žáky a veřejnost a podpořit tak zájem o polytechnické a řemeslné obory. Všichni přítomní si mohli například vyzkoušet práci s mikroskopy, vědecké pokusy, CNC frézku a práci s naším kolaborativní robotem iisy. Human-robot collaboration (HRC) as an assembly solution To increase the degree of automation, automation solutions are needed that allow humans and robots to share the workplace in a confined space. For this purpose, #KUKA offers the possibility of a safe human-robot collaboration application using the sensitive lightweight robot LBR iiwa. Flexible body construction in the automotive industry Sensitive robots can increase the #efficiency of assembly line assembly with repetitive process steps. However, the difficulty lies in adapting and synchronizing the robots with the speed of the conveyor systems. This is because the assembly line speed is adapted to the human cycle. The sensitive LBR iiwa lightweight robot is used here, which reacts immediately to any contact with the worker and can be adapted to the situation. KUKA's intelligent control software enables a constant connection between the robot and the assembly line, allowing precise data on the position and speed of the assembly trolley to be recorded. In combination with optical detection and a haptic sensor system, the KUKA LBR iiwa adapts to the new conditions, for example in the event of belt vibrations or stops, and then continues its work seamlessly. KUKA is setting new standards in the metal industry: together with KUKA, HS Automation GmbH has developed a material-friendly laser welding process for metal 3D printing. 🖨️    The innovative 3D printing process, based on the printer head from Meltio, significantly reduces both costs and labor in the production of metal parts. Together with a specially developed rotary tilting table from KUKA, the KR IONTEC enables the precise production of complex structures with hardly any material waste.    Our robot arm and the tilting table move in perfect synchronization and weld the 3D object layer by layer.
