Cronitor’s Websites and Services are not intended for, nor designed to attract, individuals under the age of eighteen. Cronitor does not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of eighteen. You represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Websites and Services.

We use and process the Log Data from End Users to fulfill our obligations under our Customer agreements and as may be required by law. We act as a data processor and service provider pursuant to data processing instructions by our Customers.
We may use the Usage and Log Data to assemble non-personally identifiable web traffic reports and statistics. These reports and statistics may be shared with third parties, and cannot be traced back to an individual.
Please note that the “personal information” referenced in this Privacy Policy means “personal data” as that term is defined under the European Union (“EU”) General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”) and its United Kingdom (“UK”) GDPR counterpart. Cronitor is the data controller for the Personal Data of Customers and Website Visitors, but not for the Personal Data of End Users. We process the Personal Data of End Users on behalf of our Customers.
If you are an individual from the European Economic Area (the “EEA”), the UK or Switzerland, please note that our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information will depend on the personal information collected and the specific context in which we collect it.

We take all reasonable steps to protect information we receive from you from loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and/or destruction. We have put in place appropriate physical, technical and administrative measures to safeguard and secure your information, and we make use of privacy-enhancing technologies such as encryption.
