Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: To those who don't know, w:en:user:Projects, aka GRP (George Reeves Person), Ljupco Steriev in real life, is a LTA (long term abuser). Even though he is globally banned by Wikimedia Foundation, he keeps socking and disrupting Wikimedia projects. The above two usernames are almost same as the LTA's full name. Either this is a copycat or the real deal. If it's the latter, it is serious abuse and violation of wmf:Terms of use. That said other than TOU violation, I have yet to found any other signs of abuse. But ban evading is itself an abuse. Please note these two user accounts' userpages were edited by socks/copycats of the GRP ([1] and [2]). Masum Reza^📞 03:02, 8 December 2019 (UTC)

•  Comment As noted above, no abuse by the users in question. Concerns of TOU violations should be sent to WMF Trust & Safety to investigate. I am not seeing any behavioural evidence that proves or otherwise links without a doubt that these accounts are connected to GRP so with no abuse, I foresee this being declined. ~riley (talk) 05:31, 8 December 2019 (UTC)
