WOMEN OF CHESA

Empowering Women in the Media and Entertainment Industry

Enlighten.

Empower.

Enable.

A Community of Exceptional Women for Exceptional Women

The mission of Women of CHESA is to enlighten women as to the varied career paths that exist within the Media & Entertainment technology industry; empower more women with the ability to better advance their employers’ business objectives; and enable women to realize personal goals through success in the field they’ve chosen.

Our Purpose

We work to share and highlight the stories and backgrounds of
women in any role within M&E from entry level to leadership. We provide information and resources with our mentorship offerings, community/college outreach, like-minded partners, scholarship programs, events, and more. We leverage these resources to provide a vast network of professionals in support of those both entering or already within the workforce. We strive to enlighten women on the various career paths that exist within M&E and encourage them to explore our field as an employment option not often viewed as an opportunity.
