This #WorldEnvironmentDay highlights land restoration, halting desertification, and building drought resilience. With 3.2 billion people impacted by land degradation, restoration is key to boosting livelihoods, reducing poverty, and building resilience (@UNEP). The SWAROVSKI Foundation promotes sustainable livelihoods through education to reduce inequality by empowering local communities with the knowledge and resources for environmental conservation and economic resilience. With the Foundation’s support, Conservación Internacional Costa Rica has made significant progress in restoring Chira Island's mangrove ecosystems and promoting sustainable production across the Gulf of Nicoya in Costa Rica. Over 4 years, 74 channels spanning 2,295 meters have led to 11,000+ naturally established seedlings and increased wildlife. You can join #GenerationRestoration by volunteering for local restoration projects, participating in educational programmes, purchasing sustainable products, and advocating for ecosystem protection. Together, we can create a more sustainable world for generations to come. Learn more and get involved at: https://lnkd.in/g8RBQ3q #SwarovskiFoundation #GenerationRestoration @ConservationOrg

We are thrilled to introduce our newest initiative: The Retail High Potentials Program. At SWAROVSKI, we're passionate about offering a variety of development opportunities. The Retail High Potentials Program is the latest addition to our portfolio and is designed to be a transformative learning experience. Participants gain practical skills and also feel a strong sense of belonging. This six-month program offers a wide range of internal and external activities, including 360 assessments, one-on-one and group coaching sessions, virtual workshops, and leadership events. Our recent Retail High Potentials Leadership Event was the first of its kind and was tailored specifically for retail employees who have showcased excellent potential for moving into management roles. We focused on fostering community, developing management skills, and fully immersing participants in SWAROVSKI’s heritage and savoir-faire. The event was incredibly well received. The energy and enthusiasm generated by face-to-face interactions underscored the importance of unity, and reinforced our belief that authentic connections are fundamental to effective leadership. The Retail High Potentials Program is a testament to our commitment to developing - and empowering - the leaders of tomorrow, setting the stage for the future success of SWAROVSKI. #RetailLeadership #HighPotential #FutureLeaders #CareersatSwarovski #LeadershipDevelopment
