The Vitamin B supplements from Vitalguide are a daily staple for me. They have significantly improved my energy levels and overall vitality. I no longer experience that afternoon slump and feel more productive throughout the day.

I was looking for a hard to find product, and found it easily on the National Nutrition's website. This has encourage me to look for other products I usually buy elsewhere and, lo and behold, I found those too, and at a lower price than my usual source(s). The navigation of the site was pretty good, and the product selection accommodating my needs well. I have just completed my first online order from National Nutrition. The process was easy, and I was able to check out as Guest, and use PayPal to complete the transaction. Excellent shopping experience so far, I look forward to enjoying the products.

I really just want to thank you all for this opportunity to take yoga teacher training. I have, for the past 10 years, been dying to attend one in person, but finances usually have not made that possible. Your Yoga Flow Online is one of the most affordable options I have found, and I absolutely adore that I was supporting a Canadian company by taking my training with you. Thanks to the instructors of this course I was able to complete training on my own time, through what I have to admit was an extremely difficult year professionally and personally. This training gave me something to look forward to, and strive towards, during a major career shift. It was extremely gratifying to finally watch myself get through a filmed class (even if I do hate watching myself on camera). So thank you, for teaching me that making mistakes is okay, and to just move forward and try again. The only feedback I would have is about the platform itself and it's that I think I would like to have the practicum requirements listed even earlier in the program so I can know exactly what I'm building up to, and prepare for it accordingly as I work through each module. But maybe that's just me being too eager as well.

I have been a member of Over 40 Alpha Fitness for Men Over 40 since November 2019. I was overweight and unhappy with how I looked and my blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and cholestrol were all climbing. Within 6 months I was down to 175 lbs, from 207 lbs and all my health markers had improved. The workouts were short, 30 minutes, with an additinal 4-10 minutes of abdominal conditioning and 5 minutes of warm up and 5 minutes of stretching. The program comes with science backed nutrition plans, and most importantly a community of men from all walks of life and ethnicity all focused on improving our strength, flexability, health, and being better men. On our Facebook group members post their workouts and nutrition and their struggles. The positive support from other members is what makes this all work. Fund and his wife Angela have created an incredible fitness community.
