Order permanently says "ready to ship" on shop, customer support doesnt work. It's been 2 weeks now since my order has been confirmed as "on the way"

Have sold an account there one year ago and it went ok. They didnt take that long to respond and, even tho i got very underpaid, it was an ok experience. 2 weeks ago I tried selling another account and they just didnt care to reply. They said they were going to send an email with a reply and 2 weeks after i still havent heard from them. Very frustrating

Never order off skip, they double bill, then don't deliver, then try to give you skip credits, not the first time this is the 3rd, last time i use them what a joke, biggest con going, DO NOT USE SKIP THE DISHES, Switching to door dash I hear good things

0 STARS - I am clearly not alone when looking at this company’s reviews, they are TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! Basically it’s theft. I paid $100 for flowers to be delivered to family in Australia, never arrived, then after multiple attempts to get customer service, which there is none, they said they would refund. Never did, they just hoped I’d go away. Now they have changed the status of my order and are trying to say it was delivered, when it WAS NEVER DELIVERED! Call this number directly if delivery is in AUSTRALIA or forget it, you will not get any customer service. +61 1800 905147
