Vention Automation Partner Spotlight #4 🏅 GASBARRE is a Vention Automation Partner (#VAP) and a global supplier of custom capital equipment for the powder compaction and heat treating industries. Gasbarre’s client challenged them to a machine tending project which required unloading delicate parts and accurately placing them onto a press tray system. The resulting system achieved precise part placement, thanks to a Universal Robots UR10e robot arm and support from Vention’s robust and stable structure that reduced lateral movement. Gasbarre utilized Vention’s hardware, in addition to a #MachineMotion, with a safety area scanner and servo drive. Vention Automation Partner Spotlight #3 ! JMC Motion is a Vention Automation Partner (#VAP) and a system integrator providing full turn-key automation systems to clients. JMC’s client was looking to increase scrap reduction and process control by introducing automation. The final solution consisted of multi-station thickness scanners with five linear actuators, five HMIs, seven remote operator panels, data logging for traceability, and more. JMC utilized the Manufacturing Automation Platform to create this fully custom solution, resulting in long-term benefits: 1️⃣ Future modifications and additions will be easily implemented in #MachineBuilder thanks to fully compatible and modular components.  2️⃣ Designs conveniently live in a web browser, accessible from anywhere, at any time.  3️⃣ Easily collaboration between JMC and their client by commenting on the design, making adjustments, and tracking the full project lifecycle. JMC is already planning on making upgrades to this project, including integrating a part marking system to highlight defects for straightforward operator identification. Throwback to Automate Show 2024! 🔄 Check out what Musashi AI North America, a leading manufacturing technology company, showcased during the trade show. Musashi AI North America presented a fully automated inspection cell for camshaft parts as the first step of its new interactive booth experience. This demonstration unit performed a live visual inspection of complex parts using a collaborative robot and advanced optical imaging. They worked with Vention to design and deploy the systems that construct the mechanical structure of a standardized inspection demo unit. “Vention’s quality and North American team exceeded our expectations.
