I've been seeing this for the past few weeks or so on Nightly. I'm on Linux, with graphics stuff like:
Adapter Description	Intel Open Source Technology Center -- Mesa DRI Intel(R) Sandybridge Mobile
Device ID	Mesa DRI Intel(R) Sandybridge Mobile
Driver Version	3.0 Mesa 9.1.3
GPU Accelerated Windows	0/1 Basic
Vendor ID	Intel Open Source Technology Center
WebGL Renderer	Intel Open Source Technology Center -- Mesa DRI Intel(R) Sandybridge Mobile
windowLayerManagerRemote	false
AzureCanvasBackend	cairo
AzureContentBackend	none
AzureFallbackCanvasBackend	none

I've been able to reproduce 100% of the time with http://imgur.com/a/HMBAH

Images always seem to correct themselves after they finish loading completely.
Component: Graphics → ImageLib
Naturally, I can't reproduce this on my Linux VM. :(
I'm willing to bet this might be related to the Intel Mesa drivers or the Intel DRM portion of the kernel.
Having horrible internet today, it seems like the slower something is rendering (in this case, due to slow connection), the worse it gets.
Severity: normal → S3
