For the certificate and tls error page telemetry (security.ui.certerror and security.ui.tlserror), we're currently getting back a number of events where the error code is the empty string. This is rather unhelpful, as it doesn't tell us what the underlying issue is. Furthermore, it shouldn't be possible. To help figure out what's going on, I'd like to add the channel status to the extra keys gathered with these events.
