The uninstaller needs a few changes to support Versioned Installation Directories.

First, we need to adjust the CheckForFilesInUse call so that we check each versioned subdirectory. Note that this change has significant overlap with Bug 1891855. Ideally these changes should be coordinated so that we only have to change the CheckForFilesInUse definition once.

Second, we need to make sure that we remove all installed versions when we uninstall. It could be that we basically blow away the entire installation directory when we uninstall, which would make this unnecessary. But I'm not totally sure, so we need to figure that out.
