User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:93.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/93.0
Steps to reproduce:
Reproducible on firefox nightly, Build ID 20211001214601
Set gnome text scaling with "gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface text-scaling-factor 1.25"
Start firefox.
Actual results:
The blue border of the urlbar is sometimes shifted a pixel or two from the edge of the bar. The gap changes when resizing the window. See attached image.
Expected results:
The blue border should always be at the edge of the urlbar, with no gap. The correct behavior is observed when setting the text scaling factor to 1.0 or 2.0.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Address Bar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
I was able to replicate this usin ubuntu 20 64bit
Affects Firefox nightly 94.0a1 and beta 93
Does not affect release 92.0.1
