Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1729233
- Hover mouse cursor over "1718569" next to "Regressed by" field, or over the "2 days ago" next to " Description" on a comment.
What happens:
The tooltip that appears on hover flickers a few times, then disappears.
Expected result:
No flicker, tooltip remains visible.

This now works for me after logging out of my GNOME session and logging back in (had been doing updates throughout, but I guess mutter needed a restart).

You haven't logged out for a week? Nice :) (I've been a gnome dev for too long, regularly rebuilding fresh Mutter with new experimental patches).
