Whether the file is invalid or makes use of (as yet) unsupported AVIF features, the error message is the same: "The image “…” cannot be displayed because it contains errors." This isn't very helpful and should be replaced with a more useful indication of
- Whether the file is invalid or merely uses an unsupported feature
- If the file is invalid, what the nature of the issue is

Adding leave-open so we can add the UI string changes before the Fx90 freeze, while implementing the plumbing for populating the data later

Moving to no longer block 1682995 since we'd like to enable AVIF by default for 92 and this can be added as an early uplift

I've done some work on this and it would still be a useful thing to have, but it's not high enough priority at the moment to take precedence
